Exterior House Washing + Pressure Washing Services
Small House (1200 sq. ft. or below) = $0.16 per square foot
Medium-Sized House (1201 sq. ft. – 2500 sq. ft.) = $0.15 per square foot
Large House (2501 sq. ft. – 3700 sq. ft.) = $0.12 per square foot
XL House or Mansion (3701 sq. ft. and above) = $0.10 per square foot
NOTE: Our minimum service fee is $199.00 (no matter how small the home).
*Additional charges may apply for sides of the home that contain more than 40% organic growth on the siding (i.e., algae, artillery fungus, etc.).
**A 5.00% late fee may be imposed on any invoices that are not paid in full within ten days of rendering our services. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Driveways = $180.00 and up
Brick, Concrete, Flagstone Patios = Customer-Specific Pricing
Add-ons:
- Walkway and Sidewalk Cleaning = $79.00 and up
- Oil + Rust Stain Cleanup = $129.00 per single area (can include multiple spots as long as they are in the same area)
NOTE: Our minimum service fee is $199.00 (no matter how small the driveway).

Window Cleaning = $11.00 per window or glass door (includes indoor and outdoor; glass only)
- Due to their design, some windows have specialized pricing (i.e., multi-pane window frames, jalousie/louvers windows, etc.).
- Windows with Muntins = $17.00 per window
- Large Picture Windows = $24.00 per window
Add-ons:
- Window Sill and Track Cleaning = $11.00 per window
- Window Screen Cleaning = $8.00 per window
NOTE: Our minimum service fee is $199.00 (no matter how many windows are cleaned).

We charge a flat rate of $249.00 for gutter and downspout cleaning regardless of square footage (up to 4,000 square feet).
*Special considerations are needed for three-story homes.
**In most situations, we do not remove existing gutter guards.
***Regular pricing does not apply to homes above 4,000 square feet.
****Additional charges may apply for severely clogged downspouts.
